The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Group

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has kept fans guessing with extensive world-building, a colorful mix of characters, and a exciting storyline showcasing angels, fiends, and sinister influences expanding in power within the urban setting.

Warning: Key plot points for the third episode of this adventure lie ahead.

The Combat-Oriented Party Introduced

Episode 3 finished on a huge suspense moment and introduced the premier party of characters who will separate from the central cast to embark on their independent quest, apart from the other two tables.

The combat-focused team includes Teor (played by Travis Willingham), Thimble (Laura Bailey), Tyranny (Whitney), the cleric (Sam), and Kattigan (the actor).

Dividing the Cast

Given an extensive roster, it was clear from the start that keeping everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

That’s why, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Introduction, connecting the individual narratives before branching into three distinct groups: Fighters, Planners, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

According to the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who are drawn to a typically action-packed battle-oriented gameplay experience where diplomatic options are rare.

Upon first impression, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might seem out of place, but the events of the third episode demonstrate why these specific adventurers are best suited for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

First, the party understands precisely where to go next after a brutal initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of Thjazi Fang—whose passing started the narrative’s action—exploited the enemy for his own means, invading Thjazi’s hideout, striking the character, and swiping all the magical artifacts to sell off.

The antagonist then cleared his debts and fled to a secure base in the northern region, above the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Character Drivers

Secondly, each adventurer has a specific drive to leave the city the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, desires retribution.
  • The knowledgeable figure knows Timmony and advises that it is a dangerous place.
  • The strong character and The healer, having defied his relatives’ demands to eliminate Teor and instead freed him, have nowhere else to go.
  • But, their reputation as key figures in the powerful family could assist the party reach areas they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, The grateful character vowed a life debt to The cleric for his deliverance and will now accompany him wherever.

Wanted and Hunted

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control the setting for a multiple motives, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are known criminals.
  • The warrior and The healer betrayed the powerful family and the legion of demons they are allied with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This results in them no alternative but to head to the northern region in search of the traitor.

What’s Next?

Based on episode three’s follow-up content, we find out that the warrior group won’t be around next week, leaving the rest of the cast members to round up the Questers and Strategists tables.

Viewers can expect finding out which adventurers will be in which group in the season’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on next week.
