Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also included in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
